November 26, 2025 ACC Basketball Power Rankings

We’ll add NET and RPI Rankings when we have more data points. We also take a guess where the NCAA tournament cutline would be.

18. Boston College (3-4, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

Last in ACC football, Last in ACC basketball. There’s real consistency at Boston College.

17. Pitt (4-3, 0-0)

Last week: N/A

You lose to Quinnipiac and you’ve got a problem. Jeff Capel has got a problem this year.

16. Stanford  (4-1, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

Losing to Seattle is a big red flag here for Stanford.

15. Syracuse (4-3, 0-0)

Last week: N/A

Syracuse took Houston to OT, lost by 11 to Kansas, and took 31 loss to Iowa State. Who knows how good this team really is.

14. Notre Dame (5-3, 0-0)

Last week: N/A

Notre Dame is a lot like Syracuse, there have been nice moments against good teams, but not many wins. There is a victory P5 win over Rutgers.

13. Georgia Tech (5-1, 0-0)

Last Week : N/A

Georgia Tech only has a 5 point loss at Georgia, but they’ve massivly struggled in some of their buy games. The head to a tournament in Florida to see what they got.

12. Miami (5-1, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

Miami is similar to FSU, but with a worse loss to Florida. If they knock off BYU they’ll fly up the rankings.

11. Florida State (5-1, 0-0)

Last Week: N/AState 

Florida State has a single two point loss at Florida. We will know more about the Noles after Texas A&M and Georgia.

10. Wake Forest (5-2, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

Here we go again… Wake Forest is 2 points from having wins over Texas Tech and Michigan. They are talented enough, but have to start getting these marquee OOC wins.

9. Virginia  (5-1, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

Virginia just misses, but they do have a P5 win over Northwestern. Texas will be a big test this week.

8. NC State (5-2, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

Losing to Seton Hall was surprising. A 1-2 finish in Maui wasn’t expected either, but there are decent wins against VCU and Boise State.

7. California  (6-1, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

California really opened some eyes, taking down a top 20 UCLA team. They could get to 11-1 before conference play begins.

6. Clemson (6-1, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

Clemson won the Charleston Classic, beating West Virginia and a good Georgia team. Their only loss is Georgetown.

5. Virginia Tech (6-0, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

Virginia Tech has a really good chance to get to conference play undefeated. St. Mary’s on Thanksgiving will be a good test.

4. SMU  (7-0, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

SMU has blown out everyone they’ve played, and there’s a solid win over Butler. Mississippi State and Vanderbilt are this week.

3. North Carolina (6-0, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

UNC has a good-looking win over Kansas. On Thanksgiving, is a monster matchup with Michigan State. Kentucky is also upcoming.

2. Louisville (7-0, 0-0)

Last Week N/A

Louisville has itself one impressive offensive team. Louisville has wins over Kentucky and Cincinnati. Arkansas is looming next week.

1. Duke (7-0, 0-0)

Last Week: N/A

Duke already has wins over Texas and Kansas, both by double digits. Outside of Arizona and Purdue, there has not been a more impressive team in the early part of the season. Arkansas and Florida are big-time tests upcoming.
