We’ll add RPI Rankings when we have more data points. We also take a guess at where the NCAA tournament cutline should be.

18. Boston College (7-7, 0-1) NET 187, RPI 255
Last Week: 18
Boston College is bad really bad. I don’t see a win with NC State, Louisville, or Clemson.
17. Florida State (7-8, 0-2) NET 114, RPI 175
Last Week: 17
FSU played well in a loss to Duke, but the Noles in reality, are already looking towards next season. They are dangerous, though. NC State and Syracuse are this week.
16. Pitt (7-8, 0-2) NET 112, RPI 132
Last week: 14
Time is running out on Jeff Capel. Syracuse and Georgia Tech are ahead.
15. Georgia Tech (10-6, 1-2) NET 148, RPI 142
Last Week : 16
Georgia Tech seems to be playing a little better, but still hasn’t beaten anyone with a pulse. Miami is later this week.
14. Notre Dame (10-4, 1-1) NET 68, RPI 57
Last week: 15
Notre Dame was so close to a massive Cal Stanford road sweep. If they can sweep Clemson and Miami at home, they’ll get back towards the bubble.
13. Syracuse (10-5, 1-1) NET 91, RPI 161
Last week: 12
Syracuse is too talented to be this far off the NCAA radar. If they can beat Pitt, and FSU, they can get back in the NCAA picture. They are starting to get healthy.
12. Wake Forest (10-5, 1-1) NET 60, RPI 60
Last Week: 13
Wake Forest still needs work to get in the NCAA picture. They need at least a split with Miami and UNC.
11. NC State (11-5, 2-1) NET 37, RPI 74
Last Week: 11
NC State can’t afford to lose to Florida State this week.
10. Stanford (12-3, 1-1) NET 75, RPI 45
Last Week: 11
Stanford is 4-1 against the Q1/Q2. That’s actually pretty strong. Can they steal a game at Virginia or Virginia Tech?
——————————————- NCAA Cutline —————————————————————
9. Virginia Tech (12-3, 1-1) NET 56, RPI 23
Last Week: 10
Virginia Tech is starting to build a pretty good NCAA resume. They can’t lose to either Cal or Stanford at home. Then it’s at SMU.
8. Miami (12-2, 1-0) NET 36, RPI 85
Last Week: 8
Miami hasn’t lost since November. I’d like to see them win 2 of 3 against Wake Forest, Georgia Tech, and Notre Dame.
7. California (12-2, 1-1) NET 58, RPI 63
Last Week: 5
Cal could have really used that home win over Louisville. Now it’s at Virginia and at Virginia Tech.
6. SMU (12-2, 1-0) NET 24, RPI 11
Last Week: 7
SMU’s wins over UNC raise the ceiling on the Mustang’s season. Games at Clemson, at Duke make for a difficult week. Virginia Tech is at home.
5. Clemson (12-3, 2-0) NET 34, RPI 30
Last Week: 6
Clemson starts the ACC with 2 road wins. SMU and Notre Dame are up ahead.
4. Louisville (11-4, 1-2) NET 14, RPI 26
Last Week 4
Louisville is dealing with some injuries, and it’s starting to show. BC, and Virginia are ahead.
3. Virginia (12-2, 1-1) NET 25, RPI 40
Last Week: 3
There’s no shame in a 3 OT loss at Virginia Tech. Virginia was great against NC State. Cal, Stanford, and Louisville are this week.
2. North Carolina (13-2, 1-1) NET 22, RPI 17
Last Week: 2
North Carolina really took it on the chin against SMU. They try to rebound against Wake Forest.
1. Duke (14-1, 3-0) NET 7, RPI 10
Last Week: 1
SMU is ahead week for a Duke team that just played its best half in weeks against Louisville in a win there.
