Wednesday marked the end of FSU’s legendary QB Jordan Travis professional career.
Breaking: Former FSU star and Jets 2024 5th-round pick Jordan Travis is retiring. Travis sustained a serious injury to his left leg in his final college game on Nov. 18, 2023.

If I’m putting together a list of my favorite ACC players the last 10 or 15 years, Travis is in my top 5. He worked his way up the Florida State depth chart, culminating in a Heisman worthy season in 2023.
When he faced off Florida State’s opening game against LSU and Jayden Daniels, the player who did win the Heisman, Travis was the better player. I firmly believe that had he stayed, Florida State would have been in the national title game, and they had a great shot at winning it.
