The best QB returning in the country at Clemson. Miami with another top 10 QB. Georgia Tech one of only two teams in college football with a top 10 QB and RB. SMU with a QB, that started a playoff game, and Duke obtained one of the top rated players in the transfer portal.
This might be the best crop of ACC quarterbacks since 2016.
