Tony Elliot, Virginia = .5
How do you go from the hot seat to one of the ACC’s coolest seats? How about winning 11 games, winning your bowl, making the ACC Title game, and finishing in the top 20.
Jeff Brohm Louisville = .5
Jeff Brohm hasn’t won fewer than 8 games since his 2020 COVID season with Purdue. At Louisville, he’s had 10 wins, 9 wins, and another 9-win season. He’s a consistent winner, with the only knock being that Louisville always seems to lose a game that comes out of nowhere.
