2025 Week 14 ACC Football Power Rankings

ACC Team of the Week : Miami  – for a 38-7  win over Pitt

17. Syracuse (3-9, 1-7)

Last week: 16

Syracuse was really, really bad by the end of the season.

16. Boston College (2-10, 1-7)

Last Week: 17

Boston College proved they aren’t as bad as Syracuse by knocking them off this past weekend.

15. North Carolina (4-8, 2-6)

Last Week: 15

North Carolina was a story this season for all the wrong reasons.

14. Virginia Tech (3-9, 2-6)

Last Week: 14

Did you see James Franklin pull the recruiting class together?

13. Florida State (5-7, 2-6)

Last Week: 13

Florida State as a program is a trainwreck.

12. Stanford  (4-8, 3-5)

Last Week: 12

Stanford has a new coach Tavita Pritchard. The 4-8 season wasn’t as bad as many thought it could have been.

11. Wake Forest (8-4, 4-4)

Last Week: 7

Wake Forest’s 8-4 season was one of the best stories in the ACC this year.

10. Duke (7-5, 6-2)

Last Week:11

Duke took care of Wake Forest and gets to play in the ACCCG. That’s all I have to say about that.

9. Louisville (8-4, 4-4)

Last Week 10

Louisville gave away a chance to make a run at Charlotte. Kentucky paid the price as they got destroyed by Louisville.

8. California  (7-5, 4-4)

Last Week: 9

Cal ruined SMU’s ACCCG hopes. The real question is, can Cal retain their talented young freshman QB?

7. NC State (7-5, 4-4)

Last Week: 8

NC State certainly had a roller coaster season, but beating UNC 42-19 has to feel really good.

6. Clemson (7-5, 4-4)

Last Week: 6

Clemson looked strong in a 28-14 win over South Carolina. That’s the way to finish the regular season.

5. SMU  (8-4, 6-2)

Last Week: 4

SMU’s defense let them down with a shot to get to the ACCG in an upset loss to Cal.

4. Georgia Tech (9-3, 6-2)

Last Week : 5

Georgia Tech played a top 5 Georgia team to a 1 score game. If only that defense had showed up against NC State and Pitt.

3. Pitt (8-4, 6-2)

Last week: 3

Pitt just went down to a playoff caliber team in Miami. They are still one of the best ACC teams going.

2. Virginia  (10-2, 7-1)

Last Week: 2

Virginia now adds a win 27-7 over arch rival Virginia Tech to an already special season. An ACC Championship could make history for the Hoos.

1. Miami (10-2, 6-2)

Last Week: 1

Miami crushed Pitt. That’s a playoff team… period.
