There is sad news out of ESPN today. Many of their best journalists and personalities are being let go. We knew this day was coming, as it was widely reported. Some of those affected are shocking – from Brett McMurphy @McMurphyESPN – one of the most respected college football insiders to Danny Kannell @dannykanell – who we called a must have on the future ACC network. and many others.
We are going to blog about this later today. In the meantime @awfulannouncing is keeping a list of the confirmed media members laid off by ESPN.
