Are the two best teams (Wisconsin and Duke) playing for the College Basketball National Title? I think so.

Wisconsin was a #1 seed. Duke was a #1 seed. Both opened the the season in the top 5. Wisconsin was 36-3 and won the Big 10 regular season and tournament titles. Duke is 34-4. After an Elite 8 NCAA Tourney, Notre Dame men’s basketball finally feels like part of the ACC.
