Yesterday we told you ESPN listed 3 ACC RB’s among the top 9 in the country. Today we move to the QB’s and the ACC is again loaded with 5 of the top 15 QBs, and again 3 of the top 9.

The best QB returning in the country at Clemson. Miami with another top 10 QB. Georgia Tech one of only two teams in college football with a top 10 QB and RB. SMU with a QB, that started a playoff game, and Duke obtained one of the top rated players in the transfer portal.
This might be the best crop of ACC quarterbacks since 2016.
