NC State was on a 2 game losing streak. They were 3-3 and 0-3 in the ACC, and outside of Florida State the ACC’s most disappointing team. Talk about having your season derailed if you fall to 0-4 in the league.
As the 4th quarter began the Wolfpack trailed 23-10 on the road at Cal.
A switch went off for NC State, and they roared back for a stirring 24-23 comeback win that just might have saved 2024 for NC State.
How did the NC State fans react to this victory?
That’s a gutsy win.
NC State won the fourth quarter 14-0 and pulled out the W despite 30 total rushing yards.
CJ Bailey continues to improve. He completed 25 of 36 passes for 306 yards, threw the game winning touchdown and remained composed despite a 13-point deficit.
