Ranking the 5 best Wide Receivers in the ACC for 2024.

Well, here we go. It’s time to start ranking the best players in the ACC for the 2024 season. If you see players from Stanford, Cal, or SMU – it’s not a misprint. Here we go!

As usual, we hope you enjoy the rankings.

Previous and Upcoming Rankings

Quarterbacks | Running Backs | Offensive Linemen | Tight Ends | Defensive Linemen | Linebackers | Cornerbacks | Safeties | Special Teams

1) Kevin Concepcion, North Carolina State

Kevin Concepcion had a marvelous freshman year, and what’s he going to do for an encore? Last season Concepcion in a year where he had 71 catches for 839 yards and 10 TD, won ACC Rookie of the Year, ACC Offensive Rookie of the Year, multiple freshman All-American teams, and multiple weekly freshman awards.

Lindy’s Sports ranks him as the #6 WR in all college football. Just wait until he gets more experience.

2) Xavier Restepro, Miami

Cam Ward is going to have a lot of weapons to throw at Miami starting with stud slot receiver Xavier Restepro. Restepro is coming off an excellent season that saw him have 85 receptions for 1,092 yards and 6 TDs. He was named a 1st team All-ACC season in 2023 and is looking for a repeat this season. Many publications consider him as one of the top 10 returning receivers in all college football.

3) Elic Ayomanor, Stanford

Elic Ayomanor of Stanford gives the ACC newcomers Stanford, Cal, and SMU at least 1 player in the top 5 listings so far. We haven’t even finished the offensive rankings, and we still have defense and special teams to go. Elic Ayomanor is coming off a solid 2023 at Stanford. Last year the 6’2 receiver had 62 receptions and just over 1,000 yards and 6 TD for a 16.3 yards per reception average.

He could go as early as the 2nd round in next year’s NFL Daft.

4) Jacolby George, Miami

The wealth of skill position talent at Miami this year just isn’t fair. If Restepro doesn’t get them 3rd team All-ACC WR Jacolby George will. In 2023, George had 57 catches for 864 yards and 8 Touchdowns. He had 3 TDS and 94 yards in helping shred up Texas A&M’s defense in a Miami victory. He’s tough, quick, with good hands, and will be a real problem for defenses.

5) Eric Singelton Jr, Georgia Tech

If not for NC State’s Kevin Concepcion, it would have been Georgia Tech’s Eric Singelton Jr. winning all the ACC Offensive Freshman awards. Singelton had a great freshman season that saw him have 48 receptions for 714 yards and 6 TDs. He joined Concepcion on several freshman All-American teams.

Singelton gives Georgia Tech game-breaking speed at WR, and you would have found him running with Georgia Tech’s track team this past spring.
