The transfer portal never seems to close these days, but here’s a good read from cbbreview.com on the ACC’s top 10 basketball transfers so far.
Even since this article came out Joe Girard III formerly of Syracuse, transferred to Clemson and I’d put him somewhere in the 4-8 range on this list. He definitely is one of the top 10 transfer pickups for an ACC team as Clemson got him over LSU.
