We head into the final stretch of the college football season, and who is in a position to be there in NYC?
ESPN has their top 5 list. I’d probably have Tennesee’s Hendon Hooker at the top of the list as ESPN does.
From an ACC point of view, UNC’s Drake Maye is making a hard push to make it to NYC and be a leading candidate for next year.
Sometimes you can tell right way when a player has it. After Drake Maye had his first collegiate start against Florida A&M this is what we said.
The Tar Heels should feel good about their new QB Drake Maye. He looked like he could make every throw, and showed toughness as a runner.
We pretty much nailed it, and even he exceeded those initial thoughts.
