This will be a quick post, but an important one I think. Following the ACC Network’s disastrous ACC tournament coverage that we wrote about, the NCAA tournament offered a chance at to make up for that. With two ACC teams NC State and Virginia in the CWS and off to amazing starts in the Omaha, I expected wall to wall coverage of the two teams. We’re not seeing it.
After NC State’s gem of 1-0 win over Vanderbilt, this is what we see.
Changes channel to @accnetwork for some post-game coverage of NC State\Vandy, and there is a Syracuse\Georgetown basketball game on from 1985.
I guess I’ll watch the @SECNetwork who is actually talking about the baseball game.

Frankly this is unacceptable coverage by the ACC Network, and it could have been any ACC team. Why ESPN didn’t deem it necessary to provide the ACC teams remotely same coverage as the SEC is a total slap in the face to the conference.
The ACC offices themselves should be raising the flag to ESPN.
If it wasn’t for the Packer and Durham show and a few 30 minute shows here and there you’d barely know the ACC had teams in Omaha.
It’s just another black mark in a series of failures in the ACC Network baseball coverage the last few weeks.
