Wake Forest had some good moments this season, but might actually be playing the worst basketball in the ACC right now.

Miami has played hard all year, but there’s just no depth.

Pitt faded late in the year, and the transfers didn’t help.

Two OT losses gutted Duke, who just had no gas against UNC. They need a miracle run in the ACC Tournament.

I really what surging NC State could have done with the cancelled game against Virginia Tech. They are a sleeper in the ACC Tournament.
8. Syracuse (15-8, 9-7) NET Ranking 49

Syracuse knocked off two NCAA tournament teams last week in Clemson and UNC. 2 more wins might get in the NCAAs.
7. Louisville (13-6, 8-5) NET Ranking 51
Last Week: 8
Louisville needs a ACC tournament win to assure itself of a NCAA bid. I didn’t like the performance in the home loss to Virginia.
6. North Carolina (16-9, 10-6) NET Ranking 39
Last Week: 6
Other than the Marquette loss, UNC was pretty solid the last 2 weeks.
5. Clemson (16-6, 10-6) NET Ranking 36
Last Week: 4
I won’t stop repeating this Clemson team has out of conference wins over Alabama, Purdue, and Maryland. They are criminally underrated.
4. Georgia Tech (15-8, 11-6) NET Ranking 38
Last Week : 7
The hottest team in the ACC, now just needs to get Jose Alvarado 100% healthy in time for tournament play.
3. Virginia Tech (15-5, 9-4) NET Ranking 43
Last Week: 3
It’s tough to gauge Virginia Tech because they didn’t play much the last 2 weeks, but they did enough prior to hold on to 3rd in these rankings.
2. Florida State (15-5, 11-4) NET Ranking 22
Last Week: 1
I think still FSU has the highest ceiling of the ACC Teams, but they simply didn’t play well down the stretch and it cost them an ACC regular season title.
1. Virginia (17-6, 13-4) NET Ranking 13
Last Week: 1
Virginia won the ACC regular season title. They earned the right to be at the top of these ACC power rankings.
