Good evening, Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) sports fans.
The pandemic, of course, has been tough on everyone. However, it’s been especially hard on small businesses – and specifically locally owned restaurants (who don’t have as much flexibility on their financial resources as national chains). We want these restaurants to be around during and after the pandemic. I’ve had many Alexandria, VA restaurant owners tell me that takeout sales help them survive.
If you can, please join me in the pledge to support a locally owned restaurant once a week – because winter will be tough for these businesses.
