Louisville reveals their ACC Network Production Studio Layout

As the ACC Network continues to move inch closer and closer to it’s launch in 2019, schools continue to move in preparation.

Louisville has revealed their some renderings and layouts for the ACC Network Production Studio from

https://www.bizjournals.com/louisville/news/2017/10/24/ulaa-considering-funding-options-for-8m-acc.html.

Some interesting notes from the article…

Klein said it could be two years or longer before the university knows the revenue potential from the network, as it will be closely tied to cable subscribers and how many cable packages the ACC Network can tap into.

But Tyra said he believes the revenue produced will easily allow the university to pay down the loan in a reasonable amount of time.

That’s good the outlook for profitability of the Network is positive.

The programming for the ACC Network has not been finalized, but Klein said the network could have academic and athletic programming.

I wonder what the academic programming would look like. The Big 10 has this program on the Big 10 Network –

  • University Showcase – a program block of non-sports campus produced programs; each school has equal time
