Good evening, Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) football fans.
Defense Back University – Virginia Tech – has guys that are really showing out as of late in the National Football League. They just happen to be brothers – both are defensive backs – Kyle and Kendall Fuller both out of Baltimore, MD.
Kyle Fuller, drafted by the Chicago Bears in the first round of the NFL Draft in 2014, had one of his best days since returning from arthroscopic knee surgery. (h/t @ChicagoTribune). He had three pass breakups and five solo tackles. Kyle had been all over the field this year with 35 tackles – it appears he is completely healthy.
The young brother, Kendall Fuller, was drafted in the third round of the NFL draft in 2016 by the Washington Redskins (it was highway robbery for the Redskins to get a cornerback so good in the third round). Kendall Fuller has been – all – over – the – field. This year, Kendall has 15 tackles, 2 forced fumbles, and 1 interception – and it was a big one – he sealed the Redskins win over the San Francisco 49ers last week. Take a look here:
Fun for me as an alumnus of Virginia Tech to see these two defensive backs showing out in in the NFL!!
Keep an eye on these brothers as they may affect the NFL betting for Week 8!
