Florida State is the top athletic program of 2016-2017, 4 ACC Teams in Top 15 per CBSSports.

CBSSports puts out an interesting ranking of the collegiate athletic programs each year. They weight football and men’s basketball the heaviest, then women’s basketball and the best performance from two wild card sports results.
