One of the best, maybe the best feature of the ACC’s Television contract with ESPN, is the exclusive Labor Day Game, that just about always features an ACC team. Going back the last few years, here are the ACC Teams that have had that Labor Day Game. These games usually have great ratings are great exposure for the ACC.
Wednesday – Florida State vs Virginia Tech was announced for the 2018 Labor Day Game, and that is a tremendous showcase game for both programs.
2009 – Miami vs Florida St
2010 – Boise St vs Va Tech (@ Landover, MD)
2011 – Miami vs Maryland
2012 – Ga Tech vs Va Tech
2013 – Florida St vs Pittsburgh
2014 – Miami vs Louisville
2015 – Ohio State vs Virginia Tech
2016 – Ole Miss vs Florida State
2017 – Georgia Tech vs Tennessee
2018 – Florida State vs Virginia Tech
2019 – Notre Dame vs Louisville
