We’ve reached the Super Regionals portion of the NCAA Baseball tournament, and 4 ACC teams have advanced. One of the great stories of the tournament is the Boston College baseball team. They have reached the Super Regionals for the first time in over 40 years. Boston College blog BCInterruption says the teams has reached rarefied air in Boston College sports.
It is the off-season, so that means nutty expansion rumors are starting up. One of the more comical ones is that ACC’s Grant of Rights was contingent on a starting a network, and is therefore invalid without a network. Let’s just make this easy for everyone, no Grant of Rights from any conference is being challenged until the earliest when there are only handful years left on the TV contract.
