I’m just going let David Teel, one of the most respected ACC media member’s, article on the seeming imminent nature of ACC network speak for itself.  From that Daily Press piece.

Yet for all of Swofford’s polite camouflaging, the answer seems clear: The ACC and ESPN eventually will team on a new, more lucrative model for presenting the conference’s events.

Either that, or Swofford is among the planet’s worst poker players and managers of expectations. Seriously, have you ever heard Swofford less than upbeat on this subject? He’s far too smart to have been this optimistic without the goods to deliver.
