Check In Your Friends and Family During The Heat Wave

1. If you have the option, please stay inside during this heat wave. Please do not take any extra risks during this heat – I believe you will regret it. This might be the warmest it’s been here in many years – and I think we almost have one more week of it.  It’s going to be rough across most of the country through Thursday of next week.
2. Please check in on those who need help – I realize this is contradictory to my advice in #1 above – but the elderly and those who are disabled might need help during this heat wave.
3. Lastly, I’m just checking in on you – because I care about you – and the world is better with you in it. So take care of yourself – and make sure that you are safe.
