Predicting the 2023 Boston College Eagles Record

Barry Chin/Globe Staff

At first glance of the Boston College schedule, you see that they have one of the easier schedules of all ACC schools. However, the Eagles offensive line won’t be much better this year, they will have a new starting quarterback after losing Phil Jurkovec to the Pitt Panthers via the portal.

Zay Flowers also won’t be on the roster due to being selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft.

So the uncertainty of how well the Eagle’s offense will perform is under the microscope heading into the season. However, they will get some surprise wins this year. At first, we had the Eagles going 6-6, but that has now changed.

Boston College record prediction:

  • Northern Illinois – W
  • Holy Cross – W
  • FSU – L
  • Louisville – L
  • Virginia – W
  • Army – W
  • Georgia Tech – L
  • UConn – L
  • Syracuse – L
  • Virginia Tech – L
  • Pitt – L
  • Miami – L

Instead of going 6-6 overall and 2-6 in the ACC, it’s been changed to (4-8, 1-7). I Switched VT and UCONN to a loss and gave the Eagles the win over Virginia.
