Ranking the 5 best Offensive Linemen in the ACC for 2022.

Well, here we go. It’s time to start ranking the best players in the ACC for the 2022 season.

As usual, we hope you enjoy the rankings.

Previous and Upcoming Rankings

Quarterbacks | Running Backs | Wide Receivers | Tight Ends |
Defensive Linemen | Linebackers | Cornerbacks | Safeties | Special Teams

1) Zion Nelson, Miami

Miami is returning one of the better offensive lines in the ACC anchored by All-American candidate Zion Nelson. He is one of the best pass blockers in the country. If his run-blocking continues to develop he could end up being a first-round pick.

New Miami head coach Mario Christobal has to be thrilled to have like Nelson on his offensive line in his first year at Miami.

2) Caleb Chandler, Louisville

Louisville got welcome news when offensive lineman Caleb Chandler decided to return for another season at Louisville. The consensus All-ACC pick and potential All-American would have been a certain NFL pick.

He’s the Cardinal’s best offensive lineman since 1st round NFL pick Mekhi Becton a couple of years ago.

3) Jordan McFadden, Clemson

Clemson’s offense struggled plenty last year, but don’t blame offensive lineman Jordan McFadden. McFadden has been on nearly every pre-season All-ACC I’ve seen this year. If the Clemson offense is going to take a step forward this season, McFadden will be a big part of that.

McFadden is a multiple ACC Lineman of the week and is certain to be an NFL pick next year. He’s a well-rounded lineman, that is a top 4 round talent. Let’s see if he can get into the 1st or 2nd round.

4) Christian Mahogany, Boston College

If you haven’t been paying attention Boston College just keeps adding players to the top 5 list of ACC Offensive players. They had one at QB, RB, WR, and now offensive lineman.

You might have thought after Boston College lost a slew of offensive linemen to the NFL, that the cupboard would be bare. The Eagles still have All-ACC candidate Christian Mahogany. ProFootball Network calls him a sleeper for the NFL Draft.

5) Grant Gibson, NC State

NC State will have a solid offensive line in 2022, and Grant Gibson might be the best of the bunch. The center is a strong run blocker with great footwork. He is the leader of the Wolfpack in the trenches.

He is considered a later-round NFL pick, but a definite pro-prospect.
