Notre Dame, Louisville, Pittsburgh
The Irish and Louisville are the only ACC teams more than 10 games over .500 overall. Pittsburgh is just one game below that. It would take a major collapse for any to miss the field. When did Notre Dame and Pittsburgh get so good at baseball anyways?
BUBBLE BUT IN
Florida State, NC State, Georgia Tech, Miami, North Carolina, Virginia Tech
Georgia Tech picked up a nice mid-week win over Georgia, and NC State’s recent sweep of Virginia Tech was huge to lift them on to the good side of the bubble.

Clemson
The Tigers really need a good series this weekend against Louisville. They are on the bubble, but out. Losers of 7 games in a row, the sweep of Wake Forest was a must. Monte Lee has not built the Tiger program the way many expected.
OUT
Wake Forest, Duke, Virginia, Boston College
Virginia is the one team in this group, that could get on to the bubble. The others look towards the ACC Tournament.
To the original question, which ACC teams make field. I don’t think the ACC is getting 10 teams. Clemson is the team that needs to make serious move, and watch out for Virginia in the bottom pack. Look for 9 ACC teams to eventually make the field.

Notre Dame got good at baseball again when it hired Link Jarrett.
The Irish also went 11-2 in Jarrett’s first (Covid shortened) season in 2020.
