ACC Power Rankings after Week 6

#StayHealthy and practice social distancing.

ACC Team of the Week : Florida State  – for their 31-28 win over North Carolina

15. Syracuse (1-4)

Last Week : 12

Syracuse may not win another game. Ugly isn’t the word for what it will be against Clemson Saturday.

14. Duke (1-5)

Last week: 11

Duke won’t lose this weekend. Well they are off too.

13. Florida State (2-3)

Last Week: 15

Florida State came up with the ACC’s biggest upset of the year so far beating UNC. Beat Louisville and I’ll move them into the top 10.

12. Louisville (1-4)

Last Week: 13

Louisville took Notre Dame deep into the 4th qtr, but that is their 4th loss in row.

11. Georgia Tech (2-3)

Last Week: 10

Which historical loss does Geoff Collins have up his sleeve next? 73-7 Seriously?

10. Virginia (1-3)

Last Week: 8

Virginia could be staring at 1-5 with Miami and UNC in their next 2 weeks.

9. Pitt (3-3)

Last week: 9

Would anyone be surprised if a 3-3 Pitt team beats Notre Dame this week?

8. Wake Forest (2-2)

Last Week: 14

That’s a two game winning streak Wake Forest is on folks!

7. Boston College (3-2)

Last Week: 7

BC doesn’t want a slip up against Georgia Tech before a game with Clemson.

6. NC State (4-1)

Last Week: 6

Oh if QB Devin Leary hadn’t got hurt, they’d be a trendy pick to knock off UNC.

5. North Carolina (3-1)

Last Week: 3

I still like UNC’s offense, but that defense is a complete mess right now.

4. Virginia Tech (3-1)

Last Week: 5

Virginia Tech is quietly getting better with each passing game. The rushing attack may be the ACC’s best.

3. Miami (4-1)

Last Week: 4

Miami should be a top 20 fixture the entire season. Virginia is next.

2. Notre Dame (4-0)

Last Week: 2

Sure Notre Dame is undefeated, but the vertical passing game is non-existent. If they want to be a playoff team, that is a must fix.

1. Clemson (5-0)

Last Week: 1

What Clemson did to Georgia Tech would be banned in most countries.
