ACC Power Rankings after Week 4

#StayHealthy and practice social distancing.

ACC Team of the Week : NC State  – for their 30-29 win over Pittsburgh

15. Duke (0-4)

Last week: 14

Duke doesn’t really seem that terrible, but they are the ACC’s only winless team.

14. Florida State (1-2)

Last Week: 15

Florida State was pushed by Jacksonville St. for nearly 3 quarters, and may not be favored in another game this year.

13. Georgia Tech (1-2)

Last Week: 13

It’s hard to see Georgia Tech winning more than 3 games this year.

12. Wake Forest (1-2)

Last Week: 12

Wake Forest rolled over Campbell on Friday. Wake’s offense can put up some points.

11. Syracuse (1-2)

Last Week : 10

Syracuse could even their record next week against 0-4 Duke. This feels like a must win if Syracuse is going to have a winning a season.

10. Boston College (2-1)

Last Week: 9

Boston College gave UNC a real test losing 26-22. Their next opponent Pitt is a pivotal game for both.

9. Louisville (1-2)

Last Week: 8

If Louisville loses to Georgia Tech Friday night, their season is officially in the tank.

8. Pitt (3-1)

Last week: 5

We were finally ready to believe in Pitt, then as a double digit favorite over NC State they #Pitted. They’ll probably beat Notre Dame later this year.

7. NC State (2-1)

Last Week: 11

QB Devin Leary looked fantastic against what was supposed to be Pat Narduzzi’s best Pitt defense. The defense is a big question, but the offense looks really dangerous.

6. Virginia (1-1)

Last Week: 7

It’s not often a team moves up with a loss, but Virginia acquitted itself well in losing 41-23 to Clemson. A game with NC State will be interesting.

5. Virginia Tech (2-0)

Last Week: 6

Virginia is missing 20 players a game and is 2-0. The rushing attack is the best it’s been in years. The matchup with UNC should be a lot of fun.

4. North Carolina (2-0)

Last Week: 4

UNC’s offense hasn’t quite gotten on track. It needs to be next week against Virginia Tech.

3. Miami (3-0)

Last Week: 3

Miami gets their to prove their worth against Clemson in the national game of weekend.

2. Notre Dame (2-0)

Last Week: 2

Notre Dame could do some very bad things to Florida State Saturday.

1. Clemson (3-0)

Last Week: 1

Clemson’s defense looked vulnerable against Virginia, but QB Trevor Lawrence and RB Travis Etienne still look like the best players at their positions in college football.
