Well we are still hoping there will be a college football season. There are plenty of posts regarding the probability of that, but if there is we’re going to have top 50 ACC players ranked for the season. We’ll largely take our top 5 at each position rankings for 45 of the 50.

Players 1-5 | Players 6-10 | Players 11-15 | Players 16-20 | Players 21-25 | Players 26-30 | Players 31-35 | Players 36-40 | Players 41-45

46) Zion Johnson, Boston College – #5 Offensive Lineman in the ACC

How many ACC programs, can claim surefire multiple NFL prospects along their offensive line? Boston College can. Zion Johnson is BC’s second entry on the ACC’s top 5 offensive linemen list. His junior season saw him become a 2nd All-ACC pick, with even higher goals in 2020.

47) Max Richardson, Boston College – #4 Linebacker in the ACC

Boston College had to be thrilled when Max Richardson returned for senior season. Last season Richardson was 2nd Team All-ACC pick in season where he had 108 tackles and 14.5 tackles for loss.

48) Jermaine Waller, Virginia Tech – #5 Cornerback in the ACC

When you have 2 players among the top 5 CBs in the ACC, then you are doing really well. That’s what Virginia Tech has with Caleb Farley and now Jermaine Waller. The 2019 Honorable Mention All-ACC player had 3 interceptions last season to go along with 13 passes defended. He’s only had 1 year starting at CB, but is a definite NFL prospect down the road.

49) Cary Angeline, NC State – #4 Tight End in the ACC

Cary Angeline was a bright spot for NC State last year in an otherwise forgettable 2019 for the Wolfpack. He had 25 receptions for nearly 400 yards and 5 TD catches. At 6’7″ he’s a true weapon in NC State’s offense, and was an honorable mention All-ACC pick last season. SI.com has him in the top 20 of draftable TE’s for the 2021 draft.

50) Nasir Greer, Wake Forest – #5 Safety in the ACC

Wake Forest’s Nasir Greer is a fast rising safety. The junior is coming off an Honorable Mention All-ACC 2019, and has been named to several pre-season All-ACC teams just behind the top 3 on this list.

He had 65 tackles last season, and was one of the ACC leaders in forcing fumbles.
