Articles from around the ACC Blogosphere February 14, 2012

You thought we’d forgot about weekly ACC Blogosphere links? Nope, just took a break last week due to a hectic schedule for me, but we’re back. Let’s get right to it.

Clemson pulled off surprising upset of Virginia Tuesday night, and Clemson Blog ShakinTheSouthland says that’s how you finish off a close basketball game. Keep an eye on Clemson come ACC Tournament time. That is a team capable of pulling off an upset or two.

NC State Blogger StateFansNation is glad to finally be taking a look in mid February at the Wolfpack’s chances at the NCAA tournament.

Do the North Carolina Tar Heels lack the Killer Instinct? asks UNC blog Keeping it Heel. I think it’s a fair question. I’m not sure anyone thinks the Tar Heels have reached their full potential.

We know Pittsburgh and Syracuse are joining the ACC eventually, but there’s a growing feeling that may be able to join as early as 2013. What does Syracuse blog NunesMagician think about that? Sounds like the Orangemen are ready to make the move. We’re ready to have Pitt and Syracuse in the ACC, and get this thing going.

DukeSportsBlog.com says the BlueDevils should be wary of their upcoming home game with NC State. That’s sound advice I’d say. The BlueDevils are in position for a NCAA tournament #1 seed, but have lost a couple of times in Durham this year. They can’t overlook a hungry Wolfpack team.

The Boston College football team has had quite a bit of staff turnover during the off-season. BCInterruption provides their thoughts on the moves.
